Member Classifications
  • Adults: 15 years and older
  • Juniors: 11 to 15 years old
  • Children: 1 to 11 years old
  • Infants: under 1 year old

A member will change from one class to another for the entire season if their birthday falls before Labor Day. For example: a member turning 15 in August will be considered 15 for the entire summer. Also, an infant born before Labor Day will have that summer as their free summer; an infant born after Labor Day will have the following summer as their free summer.

Child members are not permitted on premises unless accompanied by an adult member or non-member with a valid Babysitter Pass. Junior members are subject to the same rules but may be allowed on premises after passing a swim test and having a parent submit a Junior Member Contact & Permission Form.

We encourage all child members to take swimming lessons. Be sure to check our calendar online or the bulletin board at the pool for updates.

Elmhurst will open for the 2017 season on Saturday, May 27 and close Monday, September 4.
